Great products last a lifetime. Design factors more heavily in the life-cycle of product than most realize. Typically, good product design has focused on the performance aspects without much regard to design appearance. Aesthetic and industrial design, when met with innovation and craftsmanship, propels a product to live longer and not be so easily disregarded. In today’s throw-away culture, cheaper sometimes seems better, but treasured products enjoy longer shelf-lives and manage to avoid the landfill. Design influences everything we do at KOR Water.

1This bottle is so cool. Actually I guess I am supposed to call it a vessel. What ever you want to call it, the design is awesome. It is classic yet modern. Looks like it should have an Apple logo on it!

3Yes, the KOR ONE is 100% recyclable. It is made from Eastman Tritan copolyester, SABIC ABS, and Kraiburg RTP - all of which are recyclable. However, like all items that are labeled “7″ for recycling (btw…the #7 code does not mean it has BPA like so many of the media have stated; it’s merely an “other” code which includes polycarbonate, copolyesters, and anything that doesn’t fit nicely in the #1 through #6 classification. Click here to see the codes), there isn’t an efficient system established to recycle these materials. As such, KOR Water will be the first reusable container company to allow our users to register their vessel so that we may issue a postage-paid call tag to redeem their product(s) at the end-of-life and we will handle recycling.

4Thank you Eric. I’ll have no qualms in purchasing KOR ONE when the time comes then.
