Today was the second day of the Outdoor Retailer show, one of my favorite events of the year because it brings us in contact with all sorts of innovative retailers, outdoor brands and fascinating industry types. After a 14-hour drive on Sunday, a long day of setup on Monday and a somewhat tentative Tuesday,  the team really hit its stride today handing our many booth visitors with finesse. As the day wound down, we began what has become an annual ritual at the show: our Hydration/Libation Party. Free beer, KOR ONE’s and cool raffle prizes drew a big crowd and we finished the day with a burst of energy. In nine hours we’ll do it all again. And again on Friday. Then, the long drive home on Saturday, and if there’s time, a stop for a hike at Zion National Park. For more photos click here!
