Everyone at KOR is toasting a beer to Oberon FMR, a Colorado startup founded by my good friend and college roommate, Seth Terry.  Seth and his co-founder Andrew Logan have been working on a smart idea for several years that is bearing fruit – how to take un-utilized food processing by-product streams and turn it into food for fish.  Their company is a perfect example of the “Better Me, Better World” vision we aspire to at KOR.  This recent news segment shows how Oberon is taking waste from a brewery and converting it into high-protein food which can be used for fish farms and help reduce “over-fishing”.  Watch video after the jump….
